Hi,
I am Jasmeet Singh from Goa went to service my Byke(Fazer) dated 7/3/2013. My byke was serviced with in 20minutes & when I asked for the bill, the owner of the service centre(Atharva Motors, Ponda, Goa) handed ne a cash memo slip with the rates of the spare parts hand written & when I asked him to show the original rates of the spare parts. he threatens me in front of all the customer and asked to pay the amount as mentioned in the slip given by him. When I asked for the tax invoice, he simply told me that company is not following this practice in Goa. Simply, could not understand, how the company can cheat the customer at any place wherein no transparency is being kept for the customer. In case, anyone can help me out in providing the tax invoice, I'll be oblige.

1. since date of purchase service not good
2. behavior of staff nat good
3. allways takes service charges while it is under warrant lee period
4. R15 dropped for repairing self start can 13-03-2014
5. show room disassembled the vehicle but not in position to assemble it again
6. unable to identify exact fault nothing was sorted out yet
7. vehicle is lying in show room at gwaior
8. people engaged in not giving time when it could solved

This is to inform you that I have purchased Yamaha R15 form your Yamaha Showroom on 1st of July 2013.Whose chasis no. is ME11CK053D2003399 & Engine no.1CK5003380. Now this is to inform you that I was facing the starting problem from last two months and I have shown my motorcycle at Yamaha service center at Gwalior. But at that time it has been resolved. Now I have been facing this problem and I have given my vehicle for the repairing at the service center at Gwalior on Thursday 13/03/14 that time Mr. Vikas Sharma (service engineer Yamaha) was also present but he was also unable to identify and fault and also he didn’t even bothered to go check the vehicle and the only thing he has done was to give the instruction by reading the some books & from Google to mechanics that the fault can this or fault can be that. After my bike was disassembled and they have checked the coil but still nothing was sorted out. And the mechanics also said that they are also not able to identify the problem. And when asked to Mr. Vikas on Friday 14/03/2014 at 1:00 pm he said that certain special tool is required to identify the problem and the problem will be resolved only after that tool will be available and in spite of giving satisfactory answer he said that he has catch the train and he is getting late.
Requested sir kindly let me know that in spite of focusing on problem or giving the solution or identifying the fault of certain part they are waiting for the tool to identify the problem. If the company engineer and mechanics are not able to identify what is wrong how come I expect a quality service from the Yamaha.
As now my bike is also not in the starting position.
Kindly depute your senior engineers for the consultation for this problem and kindly rectify it ASAP.
