I am Mrs. Rashmi Jani from Vadodara, Gujarat very disappointed with the behavior of staff of Dynamic Motors, O P Road, Baroda. I had purchased Yamaha Alba on 21-10-2014 from Dynamic Motors for which i had paid my down payment 2 days before and remaining amount i had taken loan. I ask for bill at that time for the vehicle . At that time sales executive Mr. Sandeep Parab informed me that bill will take 2 days time to come from company so will have to collect after 2 days. As i could not make to go after 2 days. So i went today i.e. 05-11-2014 and met Mr. Sandeep Parab he was again giving same answer that bill is still not with him and will take time, when i asked him why it is taking so much time to issue bill of my vehicle then started started specking vague language with me being i am lady. Then i called my husband and he had a word with him for the same then started specking bad work and vague language with him also and started screaming loudly. He don't have manners to talk to to customer being is service industry. He very rude and ill mannered. I request you to kindly take strict action on him for the same and also let me know once it is taken as it is giving us very bad impression of Yahama if such type of staff is behaving with clients. They don't want to take responsibility and making fools to customer and cheating to consumers by making false commitment and then behaving rude and using vague and unprofessional language.
