LAVA International Ltd. - Xolo Mobile : Q700 in warranty period, problem in after sales - repair service.

Dear Sir,

I had bought Lava - Xolo Mobile : Q700 on 18/07/2013. After 10 -15 days of buying, its battery stopped charging. I submitted it to Lava - Xolo mobile collection point: Mahavir Electronics at Fort, Mumbai for repair or replacement, as it is in warranty period (1 Year) on 22/08/13. Lava - Xolo promised to return it repaired in next 5 working days. However, till today(28/09/13), even after 36 days, they have not returned it. I called on Lava - Xolo customer care no. 1********104 five times: 29/08/2013, 06/09/2013, 10/09/2013, 20/09/2013 & 28/09/2013.
All the four times, I got the same answer that "Mobile will be repaired and returned in next 24-48 hrs".

I feel so harassed. I have wasted my time in calling Lava customer care.

I want the handset to be replaced and the warranty extended by further 2 months (which I have wasted in repairs with Lava).

Or else, I request you to help me getting refund my money Rs. 9500/- from Lava , also with an extra charge on Lava repair center for harassment I had to face.

my father bought lava mobile. While charging a message displays on the screen as''press any key for waranty services''. It stops all the functions of the mb phone. Recording charging etc. What z the solution
