I am Bharanidharan. I recently bought an Samsung Split AC from your outlet @ XCITE, Koramangala, Bangalore. I was convinced and the product was sold to me with the promise of free delivery and installation. I should mention here about the free installation that has been done. They have the PATHETIC installation team, they came, they hurried, they delayed, done with the installation and they have taken away all installation left overs. After a day we found that AC is not cooling and we made a complaint to Samsung Customer Care and it took month for them to visit my place and they identified the problem as INSTALLATION issue and as a result of that there is gas leakage and they promised me that they will send someone to fix it. After two days a guy came to refill the gas and he tried to do so but couldn\'t able to do so, he said there is block in the unit and outdoor unit has to replaced, in the whole process the power unit in my house tripped twice while testing the AC. I took the service guy with me to your showroom and I made him explain the situation and the store manager at the site ANAND agreed to replace the unit. I was under the impression that they are replacing the entire unit. Then on Monday I received a call from the showroom and told me that they will replace the outdoor unit only and I need to pay them installation fee of 1250. Then I had altercation with ANAND, the store manager on this and he misbehaved and he went overboard but finally I agreed for the outdoor unit replacement and 500 as installation fee (still don\'t know what for). Then in the evening, they came to my home with my replacement unit, surprisingly the unit was opened when asked about it they told that it is tested at the service center (what?) when asked to open the box we found that the unit is damaged, we send the unit back for another replacement. Then came the replacement unit again and when we checked it we found that they have taken all the connection pipes for no reason. When I called ANAND he said if needed they will provide (I don\'t understand).

So my experience if I have to sum up in a word, it is CHEAT. Yes you are all CHEATERS.

As i am need of installing windows xp in my system but the system was not supporting it please send me how to install the windows xp and also i need driver cd for this as you are not provide me the driver cd.(Vist cannot be access the design softwars so i will change the XP).

need Recovery Discs cd for this as you are not provide me the Recovery Discs cd.i am not work in properly in my LAPTOP SO HELP ME
