I am Sudip Paul. i'm a Student of Siliguri College of Commerce

On 6th December 2013, I got a call from www.bookmyowntrip.com (+91-1131904980 ) at apprxoimatly 12 O'clock stating that my number has been selected for an assured gift Apple Iphone 5S. Then they asked me to purchase a holiday package of Rs 3999/- for claiming this free gift. As per this, I purchased that package. They said the mobile will get delivered in 24-48 hours and the welcome kit will be within 5-7 working days. The order details are:

Payment date :06 /12/2013

Payment Mode : Online

Then after i checked that company's background and found too many complaints against them! it's seems that they are a fraud company

after seeing that i asked them to refund my money quickly else i will submit F.I.R against them. then they told me your refund is under process and you'll get it within 7 to 10 days.

i not get my refund till now!

after searching couple of more things about them i found they also running many fake business like

4. www.bookabus.biz
5. www.timesglobalholidays.com

they are using getway of techprocess.in/ www.tpsl-india.in

i also asked gateway customer care but they are not helping me to get my money back!

Request you to kindly take strict action against them and make them refund my and all other scammed money.
