Airtel Digital TV - wrongly deducted amount for my airtel digital tv balance

I recharged my airtel digital tv on 05 dec 2011 by 1000 Rs. My active package was of 250 Rs. but my balance became zero on 15 Mar 2012, just after 03 months 10 days. when I contacted with customer care they told me that any top up of games and kids was active. I told them that I have not demanded for activation of these top ups by any means. Would you please provide me that on what's demand you have activated these topups. They remained failed but lodged my compliant against Sr no 17163883 and many times assured me that your problem will be resolved. But They have not credited my wrongly deducted amount till now.On the other hand their message center is sending message that your problem has been resolved. Very disappointed. Very poor service. .............shame on airtel digital tv team.

i have facing more problem in airtel digital tv...many times worngly deducted balance in my acount but why ?? i m giving more time complain but they can't give better solution to me. airtel is not a better service provider.............my mob no is..********83. my if u r trying give me better solution then contact my no.....i m wsaiting u....
