Today I did a online recharge from official vodafone site for 21-days 650 Mb 2G data Internet Pack. It clearly showed the recharge amount is Rs99 I have attached screenshot of it with this mail. When I recharged with it I got local V2V 400min. I am normally a STD caller and this free minutes is of no use for me. My Rs99 is wasted. Money dose not come for free, we have to work hard to earn it. Why should I suffer for Vodafones mistake. When I called vodafone complaint 198 the customer care executive totally denied the fact that it is showing Rs 99 for internet pack, he was constantly telling it is showing Rs 95 for the same, I requested him at least to cancel my recharge so that I can recharge again with Rs 95 but he did not do that. Now I don't know where to go and where to complain when vodafone customer care is not helping me.
