Hi, I have ordered a product on 12 Feb 2014 order number (11127879) ,shopclues sent me defective and wrong product on 18 th Feb 2014.I have put a request for return on 18 th Aug 2014 ,till now the product is not picked up to shopclues. Customer care people are not responding to any mails and phone calls. I have written many mails even they are not taking any action to picking up ... shopclues is the biggest cheater online. It is the worst online shopping site with worst customer support.
