Airtel Bharti - Wrong information updated and Not disconnecting Broadband service

In regards to the Airtel Fixed line number 04042407128 I had requested to cancel the broadband connection on 8th Jan. 2014. The connection was supposed to be disconnected on 15th January 2014. On being asked for the update today the Airtel executive said that "-on 13th Jan 2014 I had agreed to continue using the service for my family members". The executive visited my billing place on 13th Jan. 2014 and collected the information.

I have never requested or passed such information. Moreover on 13th Jan. 2014 I was not available at my Hyderabad billing address with regards to which on being asked for details there is no proof with Airtel executives for such information. Still my Airtel broadband connection has not been disconnected and for every additional day charges are being levied on me.
Please look into the matter and provide me with a solution.
