Sir I receive a sms from vishal that hoti 70% off on clothes is on for 29 and 30 jul. So I go to vishal mega mart.i buy clothes I buy 1 T-shirt on which a slip of 40% off is attached ao I buy it but when I see the bill no off. Is given to me. They cut 399 for T-shirt. I also buy some more clothes buy I don get any type of off on any cloth item..I want a strict action
