Birla Sun Life - Wrong bill raised & electricity power disconnected without any prior intimation

Dear Sir/Madam

I Have a electricity connection no PS 21/299 in Sector 14 Sonipat
Department has raised wrongly a bill for Rs 227000 wherein are are regularly paying bill as provided by the department . Department was sending bill on average basis since last three years . Which has been paid by us . Now department has raised bill on reading basis since 2007 to till now without adjusting amount which has been paid by us.

We had complained & requested more than 10 times to SDO for correction & adjustment of bill But they are not listening to us .Each time they refer the case to other person & that person to another one. This is happeing since one month .

Whereas we are ready to pay balance amount after adjsuting the amount whatever we have paid .

Another option is with us to sue the department for illigal discontnue of the service without any prior intmation & harrashment

So we request you to look in to the matter asap
And hoping for a positive response from your side .
