SUN DIRECT shifted to new satellite..asking customers to cooperate with their technician who come & does antenna direction change free of cost...i called 39407575 on 23 Oct for the same...till now (1 month passed away) no response..i've been calling them every 4 days..everytime operator does nothing but saying SORRY, WAIT FOR 3 DAYS, WE TOOK REQUEST, YOUR REQUEST IS STILL PENDING/OPEN..WAIT..WAIT..WAIT...have been calling CUSTOMER CARE(Nodal Officer) 43411434..no one answers call..now i'm not getting any channels..no one knows when complaint gets answered..its indefinite...no structured organisation in SUN DIRECT..worst than any road-side firm...good for giving promises without knowing the being of PROMISE/CUSTOMER CARE
