Hello sir,
I am Mr Jishnu sukumar. I own a CBR 250, I bought it a year ago. I got the 1st service done from Kerala, the rest 2nd, 3rd and 4th was done from Palace Honda Saraswathipuram, Mysore, Karnataka. I’m highly disappointed with the service they provide. The service there is so bad that they can’t find out a small problem in the bike even after Leaving my bike in the showroom for a week.
They ask for the complaint when I give the bike for servicing and when I tell them the problem I expect them to correct it but they never do. And when I give my bike for servicing it means that I want the problems in the bike to be sorted even if I don’t mention it in the complaint. But here in the Honda showroom it’s like things that I mention in the complaint are only not done.
On the third service, there was some sound was coming from my bike muffler. They said the muffler has to be changed. So I waited for 3 months to get the muffler changed as I was told that there was no muffler available. I went around 9 to 10 times to enquire as to when exactly I can get the muffler changed. At last on the 4th service they asked me to come for muffler replacement. I went, I gave my bike and I told the problems of the bike that I had come across. I asked them to check for the coolant and break oil as well. After 5 days in service station I got the bike back and I got to know that the muffler wasn’t changed. They said that there was a small stone because of which the bike made that sound. ''It took 3 months for them to take that small stone out'' and on top of it they did not have the decency to call me and tell me that they were not replacing the muffler. OK everything is fine, I got the bike back after service. The bike was shining, they cleaned the tank well. Then I checked the break oil, it was below lower limit. There was no air in both tyres. And the honk was not working. I had told them clearly about the honk that they have to be careful while washing, it might affect the honk. But they never listen. Because of them I replaced honking system twice before.
After all this, the next day I got a call from Palace Honda asking about their service. I told these complaints to them and their response was like “we are sorry, next time we’ll do it right”. These are the same words I get to hear from them every time I give my bike for service. This shows how well they treat their customers.
After all this again there was a sound coming, so i took the bike back showroom but they could not find the problem, then they put some other bike’s muffler to my bike and the sound reduced, I sad its fine now. Then again they put the same muffler back to my bike. I thought maybe they have repaired and at least now I thought my bike will be fine and ready but NO!! The problem still exists.
I came all the way to the showroom for the service thinking I’ll get a quality service. But now I feel even road side mechanic would have given a better service than Honda. It is very disappointing to know that it’s the worst service I have ever got!!!!!

I got my(bike shine) 1st service done at Dhruvesh service centre had a very bad experience,they change the new spare parts from the bike and put back some old one very disppointed where or which showroom to go.

Very very worst service it's really true because today 20.09.2014 very bad experience from Tirupur RABA Honda avinashi road
