HDFC Home Loan - Worst service by HDFC Home Loan

My loan file number is : ********7

We are an existing customer of HDFC home loan and my father had already taken home loan from HDFC previously. Due to its good service, he adviced me to take the home loan from HDFC.

I had applied for loan on26th Nov and within 1 week loan was approved to me due to my good background.

But it has been over a month and the loan amount has not been disbursed. Everyday we have to call HDFC people and we get a response that some or the other document is missing. they are losing our documents and then asking us to resubmit the same documents again and again.
for example we have submitted property tax receipt thrice, building sanction plan twice, and Encumberance certificate twice.

This is the worst customer experience a company can provide to its customer and more than a valuable customer who is loyal to the company.

Now due to so many holidays we have been told that nothing could be done till 1st Jan due to new year vacations and any process would start again after 2nd Jan.

Complainant's Goal: I want either my money back or get the loan disbursement as soon as possible
