Tata DOCOMO - worst service

tata docomo is really worst service provider company.some point which support this statement are-

1.-they cut your main balance during net usage :no matter u have recharged with net pack.it happens with me my mobile no.-********10.one time they cut rs 42 and another time rs 22 on between 3rd to 5th November.

2.-there customer care representatives manipulates customer by providing useless information.

3.-very bad network connectivity

Tata Docomo 3G is the worst service provider. I have very bad experience with their 3G Internet service. The connectivity is very unreliable and disconnect often even in 5 minutes interval.
I got their as

Such products, especially the data/internet usage products are dependent on various factors for accessibility and continuity, some of these factors being in our control and others beyond. Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas. However we do understand and regret the fact, that you have not had a favorable experience with the said product"

BUT They should more focus on resolving the issue rather than giving such excuses.
