Karbonn Mobiles - Worst product and service received from Karbonn Mobiles

My wife gifted my Karbonn A12 smart phone. She purchased the phone on 28th Nov'13 and gifted me on 3rd Dec'13. Phone was firstly used on 04th Dec'13. On 7th Dec'13, i had to go to service center as phone got hanged and was not working at all. I requested service center people in Panchkula to replace the cell as it was just used for 3 days. They was stringent and told me that the replacement warranty is only for 7 days from the date of purchase. They asked me to re install the software and phone would work fine. I agreed for the same. They had given me phone with re-installed software on 8th Dec. from 10th Dec onwards phone again started giving problem. I waited till 16th Dec to see what all problems I was facing. Now, there were voice disturbance, phone hang, software not working, downloading problem, pixel problem, message not working. Automatically application close problem and others. I informed the same to service center on 17th Dec in Panchkula. Phone was used only for 10 days and hell lot of problems. I again requested them to replace the phone. They informed they would send the phone to Delhi HQ and asked me to wait for 10 to 90 days. Job sheet number is KJASPHR01********544 (New job sheet no) and old one is KJASPHR0181213K6426. Now what should I do. I called there delhi HQ as well. But those guys are idiots. They dont answer at all. I am feeling like being cheated by a company. My wife gifted me the same and I had emotions attached with the phone. Entire pleasure has been changed into disaster just because of this. Help me in resolving the issue asap. Try to get me replacement if possible or money back.
