My Smartcard No.41144332297have been requesting for realignment of dish since one month and no one has approached till now.More over am not getting any channels it has been deactivated by sundirect.I have been trying with the distributors,nodal officer,customer care no but all in vain , there is no response to my my complaint nos BG00929/11 , BG0050 1/12 & BG01202 /12. When am reaching for the status of this complaints they are simply saying that the details has been forwarded to technical they will come & resolve the problem as soon as possible.But till now no one from sun direct has turned up.

my set top box is not working . from past 6 months i am not able to watch the Tv. This is how Sun Dth cares for their customers in spite of hundreds of complaints to them.

I support this complaint. Same issue. No response. Called them several times.
They gave me.. some deadline for fix. no response.. no one showed up. I am tired.. of calling them again and again.

How do I get my money now?.

I support this complaint. i gave lot of complaints customer care just ok we will take but nothing happens even nodal officer sleep in his office cannot resolve the issue and the CEO will eating all the money and cheating the customers better all move to airtel
