I had purchased an acer 15 f5-573g 7gi5 8gb4x 2tb+off laptop from croma gurgaon in last month (Sunday, 06-august -2017) and i had been informed by sales executive that this laptop is croma exclusive having some great features. But from the first day, i am facing so many problems like hangging system, heat problem, bettery backup. From first day this laptop start teasing me. After 6 days i visit croma and complaint about this but they ignore me and give a stupid solution that you should update your os. I came back and did as they suggest but problem not solved and also a new problem created. I again asked him to take back this and give me another brand but they denied and suggest me to resell at cost around 30000/- that will be decided by dealer. Now i am feeling helpless
I also complaint to ACER service center but they did not reply.
I had been cheated by the croma. I cannot reinvest in buying a new laptop for my heavy usage.
I need you to take this laptop back and refund back my money as croma had provided me he wrong product. Or if this is difficult then please replace this with other brand with same configurations.
