Its really taken a long time till someone has come forward to state and inform the concerned authorities about a company called "WIZCRAFT INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT PVT LTD." situated at : SATYADEW PLAZA, 5 TH FLOOR, FUN REPUBLIC LANE, NEW LINK ROAD, BEHIND BHAGWATI HOUSE, ANDHERI (W), MUMBAI - 400 053.(PH : 42001400 FAX : 42001500). What is the major highlight about this company is that it has two sister concern companies called ( VIRTUAL VISION PVT.LTD. and SPECIAL FX) at ( Cotton Green / Kala Chowki and Reay Road), and the addresses are as follows:
Gala No.52, Normal Ware House, Hakoba Compound, Dattram Lad Marg, Kala Chowki, Mumbai - 400 033. (Tel: 23726652 / 23736653) and

Unit No.6, Plot No.114, Second Cross Lane, Mazgaon Tank,Bunder State, Opp. Reay Road Station, Mumbai - 400 010. (Tel : ********.)

Now lets us focus on the activity of these companies who run individually but is controlled by "WIZCRAFT INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT PVT LTD." , they are signing authorities on all the cheques issued including the salary cheques of all employees of : ( VIRTUAL VISION PVT.LTD. and SPECIAL FX). But on inquiring they simply tell you that these are individual companies run all by itself. There could be a major twist in all this and its up to you to probe and find out the root cause and all other activities of this (EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES). They are doing brisk business and all their company challans will tell and state all that goes out of these offices at ( Cotton Green / Kala Chowki and Reay Road,).

But wait a bit here you will definitely catch the mouse among the cats, because these both companies have their head office at Cotton Green / Kala Chowki and their warehouse at Reay Road. Here what is most alarming is that these both companies do not have a "CHALLAN BOOK" with the Reay Road address and only Cotton Green / Kala Chowki challan books are used to despatch all out going materials from this warehouse cum head office. All the electronic goods going out from the Reay Road Warehouse is totally illegal and is a big fraud as ther are no challans to prove that they are being shipped out from there. Hence it is a bit surprising as to why this company is not interested in having a challan book with proper address till date.

And the most important of all this is that both these warehouses have a lot of electronic equipment materials which are used daily on the various events, but they do not have the "PROOF OF PURCHASE" inhouse to prove that all this material is of a legal standing. On a through probing and examination one will come to its own conclusioin that almost half of the equipments stored are pretty old and they do not have any documents to prove all that. Then what next is to simply seal all these warehouses at ( Cotton Green / Kala Chowki and Reay Road) and seal up all the transctions till all the "PROOF OF PURCHASE" is found intact and in order or provided as substantial evidence inhouse stored stock.

Next in contention is the outstation events and how the equipments are despatched to these outstation locations understating the complete equipment list to avoid paying "TOLL" at the toll naka and simply escape with a small payment. All this must be possible because of vested interest with the insiders of the "TOLL NAKA". Please check out in the last one year how much of outstation events have taken place and all their challans will prove the entire list of the equipments and the list provided for paying the "TOLL NAKA" Is'nt this a big fraud in the making of such a reputed company " WIZCRAFT INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT PVT LTD." acting in disguise of twin smaller companies and going scot free. Who will bell this cat and pin them down completely and literally eradicate such misendevours in the near future.

This company also does have a labour problem when they ill treat their employees and make them literall slog day and nighs without paying them their due as to food and conveiances. On inquiring from all the staff one will come to conclusions what exactly is going on behind the sceens and what exactly is potrayed on the out side. The requisite management at the Cotton Green / Kala Chowki Head Office are the main culprits who are only interested in making profits at any cost even taxing their employees. These employees after sloging so har do not get their salaries on time every month even after securing such huge profits.
