Been a month since shifted from prepaid to postpaid.last night that is 7th sept 500mb that was on my data plan got exhausted,since I was in wifi zone I put off my cellular data,inspire of that got an sms saying 200mb has been consumed over & above the Internet pack,This is really absurd when the cellular data is off how can the my get consumed.Please look into the matter & get back.thank you
