Respected Sir,
I am NISHA SINGH , Customer of SBI ,a/c no. 320******** (JRC bareilly). On 30 dec I attempt a transaction from AXIS bank atm.
There were three Axis ATM inside the chamber. I went inside the ATM chamber and tried with first atm axis Atm id- SPCN-2962,of Mayur vihar delhi on 30 dec..When I started my transaction 2 person were standing over there,one was interrupt me and told that this ATM is not working please try to next one ,I Properly cancelled my transaction immediately and I go through the second ATM Machine and inserted SBI ATM card No. 45********722836 in the axis Atm id- SPCN-2969,transaction no-9132,of Mayur vihar delhi and withdrawn Rs-500/- and collected receipt of full amt, receipt was ok for me.I had not attempt any transaction after this .
After that I received a massage on my mobile that Rs-10017/- has been withdrawal from Axis atm id-SPCN-2962.Transaction no-6665.as per bank after my transaction no-9132 this transaction has been done.
This Cheating is either done by the bank Or the fraud person I logged a FIR as well.
So I am requesting you to please take action on urgent basis and provide me CCTV footage if transaction was successful ,because it is not done by me as this was fraud transaction no-6665 .
Hence you are requested to cross check these transaction properly and provide me proof, and take necessary actions for recovering my lost money of Rs. 10,017,/-.
