i seen add in news paper of 9may in siliguri jagran.i tell him on mobile for personal loan and 3months of kist & agreement fees diposit.but loan do not give me.and now don't pick up the phone.my total rupees is 31533/-.please help me.i am very poor man.i am very thankful to you for this act.
