I am a Vodafone mobile user and I have been using this number for more than 1 year. My mobile number is 097209-43333. This mail is to highlight the lack of competence from the Vodafone agents and managers to solve the problem that I faced with my number.
In the month of Aprial i am in Delhi so i have not found my mobile bill. On 13 aprial i have recived a call from your collection company somebody Mr. Deepak. Mr. Deepak tell me about my fone bill and asked that when i do payment. I tell him that time i am in Delhi so i have do part payment. He say Ok.
On 14 aprial I went your vodafone store at the Delhi address is E-356, Nirman Vihar, Vikas Marg, New Delhi. 110092 and deposite a part payment of 700/-rs and found reciept of this payment. My reciept no is 197.
After finished my work i come back in Home District Aligarh and there i called your excutive and done balance bill amount 1000/-rs on 25 aprial 2010.
Sir now your company fault that which payment i had done in Delhi at Vodafone Store that is not updated in the system. So your system show that amount is balance on me.
On 2 May i have recived a call from your collection agency some body Miss Rajani. Rajni say me to for clear pending Bill amount. When i tell him about that i have deposite my full bill. She tell me that is not updated she asked me Vodafone Store address and deposite amount and Date. I give him all information then she check that.
On 3 May another collection agent somebody Miss Preete and saying same as Miss Rajni. I told him same as i have told Miss Rajni. Miss Preete doing same formality.
On 5 May I have recived another call from your Delhi Customer Care somebody
Pradeep Agrawall and asked me Why dont deposite my pending bill amount. I told him again same as i told Miss Rajani and Miss Preete.
Now i have recived calls every day by your collection agency. I told every call about that problem. But no body resolve this.
On 7th may i have recived call Some body excutive Upashana From Delhi Branch committed me that my issu is finished till on 11 may 2010. So i wait.
But on 10 may my number\'s outgoing calls block. Now i called your customer care and asked that \" My outgoing calls Blocked resion. Excutive told me that my bill is pending. One time again i told him all matter. After listening Your Excutive give me a complaint resitration no is 2147380292.
On 12 May my outgoing calles as well as blocked. I have called customer care and talk Miss. Upasana. Upasaana say me Sorry For my Problem and give time of 48 hours and resitration no is 2147764654. Upasaana promised me to resolve the issue but after 48 hours my problem as well as.
Sir, Your All Excutive do promise but nobody take any action. My mobile no. outgoing blocked on 4 day\'s. Sir I am working with a news paper on post of Reporter. My mobile is not working and i cant change my Mobile no. My company noticed me for 24 hours that,\' in 24 hours my mobile is not working then they will dismiss my Job.
Mistake is your Vodafone‚Äôs Company and your agents that they are not trace a payment which have done on your company\'s Store. How working and how saying you HAPPY TO HELP ?
Your agent misguide me and give fraud committement. If you have not done any help then i have only one option.
That Condission i could go in Cunsumer Court against your company and do a case that Missguide and fraud commitement.
Please help me to find a solution. I hope that you will do my help. Thanks.
