DEAR SIR,
REFERENCE MY LAST COMPLAIN ( CUSTOMER ID 3000068956), I WAS CONTACTED BY CUSTOMER CARE TO HELP ME OUT. HOWEVER THEY WERE ASKING ME TO PROVIDE THEM A VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORT AND TO CONTACT ME WITH LOCAL DEALERS. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND AS TO WHY I SHOULD CONTACT THE LOCAL DEALER AND PROVIDE HIM A VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION TO MY PLACE OF RESIDENCE . IS IS NOT ABSURD.
FURTHER, AIRTEL DIGITAL TV WAS ASKING THE SET TOP BOX AND THE DISH BACK SAYING IT WAS PROPERTY OF THE AIRTEL DIGITAL TV. MY QUESTION IS THEN WHY DID I PAY FOR IT WHEN I BOUGHT IT. PLEASE ADVISE.
