The complaint as sent to whirlpool india
Dear Sir,
This refers to my complaint with yuor callcenter regarding non working of my whirlpool Washing
machine 650p, dt 10-08-2012 wide complaint no 18450.
The machine was installed on 20/10/2010. One of your service engineers Mr. Karthik mb no.
********06 attended the call, inspected the machine and informed me that and electronic
component has failed. He enquired if I am doing descaling of the machine for which I told him
I am doing it regularly.
Mr. Kartik demanded that I will have to buy 20's pack Scale gone for Rs. 3200/- only then he
will be able to replace my component. Inspite of repeated complaints
to your call center ie 4 calls on friday 10/08, 3 calls on sat. 11/08, and discussion with
your Area manager mb No ********03. Today morning when I contacted the Area manager he asked
me to contact Mr. Karthik, when I contacted Mr. KarthiK he told me that there are no spares in
the office and it may take a week or more for replacement of the component
I have not received the required service.
I have a aged and sick person at home and I am facing lots of hardship with a nonworking
washing machine. I request you to kindly help me in rectifing my washing machine
