I bought a Whirlpool washing machine 2011 March, and April 2011 it shows complaint the technician came and repair it, after he went my mother got shock from it so we call him back he changed the PCB. After that 5 time more same problem shows. then the technician comes and repair it, the 4 th time i told that we want replace it, at that time the technical manager said change the Power plugs , So we changed that, now the 5th time the machine shows the same complaint, the technician also said us to change the machine.
Now we asked them to replace or we want cash back, But the technical managers ANOOP I PANAKKAL // BRANCH SERVICE MANAGER //KERALA OPERATIONS, Tony and Santhosh, they told me that they will never change the machine, the machine complaint is not there problem. So i went to the whirlpool office and meet Mr Santhosh, Santhosh told me that some time its manufacture problem also he told me the Tony is not allowing him to change the machine. I think they are joking us.
My Father is a Senior citizen, also he have problem in his vision due to diabetes, So always he getting shock from the top plastic of the washing machine and washing machine switch also ones he got shock from the body of washing machine, So my parents are afraid to use that machine.
Warranty is 2 months more, the machine is in dead stage its 2 weeks completed in dead stage.

I have purchase washing machine in 17-11-12 @ Sanket Sales, Anand, Gujarat. I have problem for coupler to supply, since last 20 days complaint in sanket sales Anand and Royal Service station, Anand. They not proper responce last 10 days, they says today come for solution but not come and mobile turned switched off.
Please give us proper responce.
