As i am stuggling for water in rent home at 9B,26th cross st,Venkateswara nagar.ramapuram,chennai.Mysely and first floor tenant are living with out water for the last one month and have spent three thousand rupees.But the owner is not leasoning our words.We asked him for some solution.Some problem with bore itseems and he is not allow us for repairing with other plumber too.
He is not given rent receipt for the last seven months and he informing that he need only cash with out receipt.And I want my mopney back for expenses which i have spent for plumbing work.....
Complainant's Goal: Rent receipt not given and no water in bore and no refund of money.

Mr kumar's problem is really a epidemic in cities now a days . The strong rules are required to be implemented for the protection of rentee . the house owners should be punished for their harassing behavior
