We have a videocon fully automatic washing machine. There was some problem with the washing tub inside so we called the customer care on 16th September 2013 about it. They came and took the machine to their service center on 28th Septemeber. Today is 18th October 2013 and till date we have no idea where is our machine and when will we get it. The customer service center said it is with Total Solutions service center (Mr.Sanjay ********14) and every time we call them or the customer service center they say that our machine would be delivered in 1-2 days. so far 15 days have gone in this matter and our machine is still not delievered. Rather when we call the Total Solutions they say that the machine part is not available with them and they cannot do anything about it. Upon that they talk to us very rudely and sometimes disconnect our phone after identifying our voice.
Also, everytime we call the videocon customer center they generate a new service id and alot a new service person to us. So far we have 20 service id number and all new names just for one problem. So far we have made 100s of call to both Videocon customer service and Total Solutions service center and nobody has any idea when would be our machine be delievered back to us. Sometimes the videocon people put our call on long hold and then disconnect it from their end.
It seems that Videocon service centers are the worst ones and not only that we will never buy any of the Videocon products again but we will inform all our friends and relatives about this misbehaviour and would suggest them not to buy any of the Videocon prodcts.
So,if there is any human being working in Videocon then please let us know when are we getting our washing machine back. Or do we have to file a case against videocon at consumer court regarding this.
