Hi, I am Rajesh Nakhate , On 25 April 2010 I had purchase a Karbonn mobile hand set k336 with M_IMEI no: ********0009930 and S_********0113989 from sangli.
Some later days what happen the hand set has some problem of keypad ,means when u have make call the 4 keypad key is continually pressed and communication is interrupted . Then i will submit this handset in puma service, the service center boy told we require 2 months for repairing, and finally i will submit this. Then this hand set is came back, again i will use for period of one month then the same problem is occur. again i will submit the same hand set in wardha service center this service center boy told we require 2 month because this handset is send to Delhi and then after we see. Ultimately what happen the warranty of this hand set is reduces from one year to 6 months.
So i make this complement to give me a new hand set otherwise i will take next action against this company...
