i am too surprise of the email too received dt 28th March 2015 via JAYPAL PATIL “ far away from the fact “ as e-bay executive on 28th Feb 2015 on call to me had given me dt till 4th March 2015 ..which is totally LIE ; as on the dt it was said image to get uploaded of the item be send to them via next 48 hr within.....and as e-bay open 7? days a week? thus 48 hr is to get over via 2th March 2015..and i had by 2th march 2015 noon had send the images as i had said the dt then that as per mine available camera mega pixel quality available but .jpg extn as i had send and same in different format but that too in .jpg but using server upload a different site via was send re on 4th March 2015 after various ..SMS etc conflictory receiving from 3rd March 2015 as same do from 21st / 22nd Feb 2015.....



Please do ur home work and have 1 executive handle a one customer show that it doesn't get khichri and annoyed and irritate a customer ; in various diversion of the fact popup and forced entry paste up .

If any 1 goes through the TIMES OF INDIA SHOPPING ads in TOI papers throughout these and last 2 month you will notice they ad 8 pcs mens shirt at Rs 1199/- and postage and handling charge Rs 299/- along with T-Shirt size from 30* to 40' but no XL etc printed .




I order the shirts recently of size 40' along with height too dictated not less than 105 CM .





But to mine astonishment when i received the shirts there all size printed were XL // which were no were in paper ad printed or me order the size // and doesn't fitted me .





I at once call their customer care executive and detailed about it - who then withheld me and go through previous conversation a hearing and after that he said sorry and there would be no query or question asked and not us to get worry of sending it back as their agent will come to mine house and will have the return packaging done and no extra expense will be asked and too it will be have an documented receiving for an customer for future proof .





Next day a concern with letter copies came for these and did the documented process and took back the product with customer no mental agony or harassment in packaging / parceling for these return - time investment's.





After 2 days received the call that they package has received to INDIATIMESHOPPING quality team for checking but not to the seller , as these type of mistake from seller may maligne there reputation show they and their management too on such complain themselves verify the reality and with 100% assurance of service to customer with support and full cooperation & coordination with customer less or n reminder regularly for these .





And it was too assured that the mistake was from the seller side and show it will be heavy compensate with no future same happening assurance .






These is Service and customer only call’s one and effort to an resolution is seen within 3 days of product receiving to return back and here the below customer seems he had begged for the material and had several time called various executive and repeated the matter as an call centre executive that too on the crucial Month of March 2015 " DISTRACTION PRESSURE STRESS " when everyone focus and there workload is much and too he has on these calls’ to communication had spend many bucks in STD’s and then result .

About Givson as a company, this is the only Indian company that makes amazing quality guitar, and at a reasonable price as well, and mostly for starters. So, this is best suitable for you as a beginner. There are two kinds of guitars, one is f-hole (Crown Sp), of which the sound is crisp, and the other one is hollow (Venus Sp) which has an echoing sound that comes from the hole. It’s an individual choice which sound one likes, however, both are good, and are 40" length which is a standard size of a guitar for an adult.


Both these models are semi-acoustic, and have a pick up point to attach an amplifier in future, after you learn the guitar. So, you don't need to upgrade after you have learned. Only care is that you always keep the guitar safe in the cover that comes with the guitar, and if you don't have to play for a few days, you need to loosen all strings before storing.

It's seen the government too had consider as like SBI recent in news 1st Saturday & Last Saturday of every month Holiday; cause those who are living out stn due to transfer to other cause from family & distance so that they could use these for visit to communication and too same do unofficial was done and relax via senior as colleague partially to make him them be with family as same happened dt 28th Feb 2015 via early leave’s.


But it's seen E-bay call's a customer on Saturday afternoon on their movement either on last workout or during these travel in mid // on road to Public place etc unable to let a Customer communicate speak – in relax mode // and without hearing an concern gives a 48 hr Ultimatum .


It's too know that throughout that on joining i.e. Monday its Rush hr full day ...& the Ultimatum to but any hw if via that evening they send image’s; SMS receives as Claim on process the next day i.e. 3rd March 2015 evening but unfortunately the again next i.e. 4th March 2015 Early Morning day SMS receives Claim Closed and to look for detail in email....



Thus its proof's chit bhi of Ebay Pat bi of E-bay...


But unfortunately it's too seen / heard on recording customer communication dt 14th March 2015 that on next Claim same email send Images ref is used as previous said not in .jpg extn and only 2 of which that was not included .



Therefore it's request to get through all SMS send to the customer from 24th February 2015 till 14th March 2015 on his register Mobile No and same do communication of call to his No made dt 5th March 2015 Twice via E-bay & his call to E-bay dt 11th / 12th & 14th March 2015 call Conversation " How now e-bay overlooked there 48/72 hours their own ultimatum " and why a customer is pressurized and made to forced intervene and of which the seller motive is proofed and do the consignment weighted if checked could proof that it [ seller] had send all as updated and too up to marks [ latter be understood] those on written and those he Verbally assure as SERVICE GOOD WILL Gesture ..if not he must haven't killed 15th/16TH then 22nd Feb 2015 and same on 28th Feb 2015 product would reached via today even and when again called on 2nd March 2015 on way might via // TODAY EVENING // Monday Evening but whenever asked to provide either me or the e-bay the consignment no newly send he excuses is well understood and as like lately on 3rd March 2015 evening the seller call to the customer to withdraw the claim due to which he unable to send the other product and too replace them with New // EXCVUSES AFTER EXCUSE’S AND KILLS TIME // .....but see 3rd March 2015 and it's today 15th March 2015 too again proves who is real and who is lie as customer fight's for his investment were as the seller sleeps with Oil in his ear.
