I have been waiting for a replacement of my Moto 360 2nd Gen watch from more than 140 days now.

I have tried multiple times to contact the service center, customer support, Directors team. But the responses I received from them were not satisfactory.
It seems nobody has any update regarding my watch and everyone keeps asking for few more day.
There have been several Incidents open for this case and it was escalated on most occasions.
The escalation team has been calling me every 7th day and they keep asking for another week to provide another update. Now from last 15 days even they have stopped calling for any update.
Mr Arvind from the Directors team even confirmed that the matter is now escalated to the Regional head and kept asking for more days.
The customer support doesn't have any clue and they keep escalating and asking me for 3 days every time I call them.
The service center says that they do not have any update and they are waiting for the replaced watch.
Kindly help resolve the issue and help me get the replacement as soon as possible.
The case has been pending from almost 4 months, kindly treat this as urgent.
