ShopClues - Waiting for Refund from last 1 MONTH

I have placed below orders on 7-June-2015 and cancelled on 8-June-2015. As per customer care, refund process was initiated on 8-June-2015 (more than 1 MONTH BACK) already but yet to get refund to my debit card (from which i have paid the money). I am continuously following with customer care now also but they have no answer to say, they are just replying as per their system paid is out of gateway. Not sure if refund is initiated yet or gone to wrong account.
1. Order number: 55676197 (Amount: Rs 22,389)
2. Order number: 55678501 (Amount: Rs 1,399)
Total amount to be refunded: Rs 23,788

Still NO update
Hi,
I have ordered Sony Bravia 40 Inches Full HD LED Television on 17-OCT-2015 with Order Number: ******** and still I have not received my order while on the shopclues site I am seeing the status as 'Delivered', even I got the mail for the same.
It has been almost 15 days and I have no idea where my consignment is.I called to customer care hell lot of times and I always used to ask for wait 48 hrs for the update.
I have not just waited for 48 hrs but almost for 7 days. I have already paid the amount Rs.27,689 and have no clue about my product. I have never seen such a pathetic service.
Worst experience ever with a complete mental torture. I have sent more than 30 mails and almost I am calling daily 2 times to get the solution But till I have not received any update
Please update me asap for Order : ********.
