Voltas Limited - Voltas AC not working

Hi Sir

i have purchased voltas AC 1.5 ton on name of my uncle Mr.Sukhbir Singh.From last one month its not working .

Complaint raised through tollfree no. on 26-09-2015 with complaint no.150******** and your engineer reached our location after 5 days.After checking he told some parts need to be replaced. But after that there is no progress on issue.

i have received sms on 26-1-0-2015 that your complaint resolved now. I am shocked to see this sms and called on toll free no. immediately but answer given by them is too foolish.

such kind of service never expected from voltas.Plz get same checked on priority otherwise i have to take legal action against this in consumer court
