I have a BlackBerry plan & even using WhatsApp. I have been using from quite sometime & all of a suddenly they started charing for using WhatsApp. I called up the call center & enquired & they told from last 1 month they have stated. I told them, why didn't you'll inform that you'll will be charged now henceforth. They said its very difficult to inform everyone. I think that is totally cheating by VodaFone. How can they start charging all of a sudden for the free things? God knows whats happened to Vodafone. They are here to harass & take away money from consumers. Its a sheer cheating what they are doing.
