This is regarding my mobile no ********98 earlier with Vodafone
I knew this was going to happen after i requested for port out.
fail to understand my bill
There are some charges of 1599 from 20.7 to 19.8
I am not aware of these charges.
What kind of service is this that it got activated on its own and it knew that i was going to port our in the coming month,
Well now i understand that you people bought me an internet pack worth 1599. And i am not going to pay for i did not ask for
Well i know that i have to port out and i already had a 1gb data plan active on mobile number then why did you avtivate the 1599 plan.
The usage for this mont was .56 gb.
What was the use of activating a 12 gb plan when i work from home and have broadband plus wifi available.
My usage can be checked.
I request you to tell these people to remove these 1599 inr. So that i can pay my bill.
