to whom so ever it may concern
you corp care service is so pathetic and they response to service is so lethargic. i have been with vodafone for 3 years and I have raised complaint last week where in my mobile number listed in my signature of email and more over I enclosed the screenshot of bill. Then you responded with no mobile number. At last I received the call from Mumbai and they said vodafone corp care executive who spoke with me, he didn’t understand what I am saying and keep repeating the same and didn’t answer to my question.
I have asked to transfer the call to supervisor or manager and he said that no manager or supervisor for him. what a corporate company and there is no hierarchy.After 4 mins he put the call to one girl and I told her to call me back after 20 mins. She didn’t even call me. iam completely frustrated with experience gone through with Vodafone.
This isn’t service which I have been charged, this below information I could see from bill itself and iam why supposed to pay for download charges which I am not downloaded like d2c_ndtv_valuepk, wapvilla_ppd, animation_download, vuclipindia_pack99. At last kindly waive this off and confirm me how much I supposed to pay since due date is nearby or kindly disconnect your service and I am not going to pay single penny extra for service which I am not used.
