I have ordered for 32: vu tv online by making a payment of rs.6, 599/- through HDFC CREDIT CARD to viral deal by seeing a ad in my mobile. After doing the payment i have checked the complaints in indian consumer complaints forum and found that there are a lot of complaints on viral deal regarding the non delivery of the products to the customers. I am afraid that the company is cheating the customers. Kindly help me in this matter to deliver......
