i lost my wife last year at Fortis Hospital Bangalore. The case has been investigated by Honorable Lokayukta and his findings are attached. Subsequently, Government of Karnataka has cancelled the organ transplant license of Fortis Hospital.

Fortis does not have a license for pancreas and yet did a pancreatic transplant. The fact that they do not have a license for pancreas has been confirmed by the registration authority as well as by DGHS - Government of India.
