I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE VIEWSONIC CUSTOMER CARE AND THE ASSOCIATED TECH SUPPORT.
THE MONITOR IS NOT EVEN TWO YEARS OLD AND I NEED TO RING THE TECH SUPPORT ON AN AVERAGE 4 MONTH FOR SERVICES .
THE INTERNAL CONTRAST MENU POPS UP AND STAY THERE FOR HOURS.AFTER GETTING THE PROBLEM FIXED THE MONITOR TURNED RED. WITHOUT THE MONITOR I AM LOOSING MY BUSINESS AND ALSO GETTING HARRASED B THE COMPANYS CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT .
THE COMPLAIN ID AND MANY MORE. THE VIEWSONIC REPRESENTATIVE FAIL TO INICIATE A WIN BACK CUATOMERSERVICE AND ARE AFRAID TO DISCLOSE THEIR EMPLOYEE ID ...
I NEED MY MONEY RETURNED AS I DO NOT HAVE AND TRUST LEFT WITH CRT MONITORS .THE COMPANY THIS WAY SHOULD NOT SPOIL ITS REPUTATION INTO THE MARKET AS I WILL NEVER GIVE A PIECE OF RECOMMENDATION TO ANY BUYERS FOR MONITORS .WELL THE HARRESMENT WAS TO ITS PEAK WHEN THE TECH CANNOT FIX THE ISSUE AND I HAD TO WAIT IN DAY LONG TO ATTEND SUCH GLORIOUS TECHNICIAN.
VIEWSONIC BEEN A NIGHTMARE I WANT STEPS TO BE TAKEN TO IMPROVE SUCH SERVICE AS THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO BE NO1 IN AMERICA .
I DO NEED THE PROBLEM TO BE RECTIFIED ASAP AND TO OVERCOME SUCH CHEAP UNRELIABLE CRT MONITORS THE CUSTOMERS TO BE REPLACED WITH LCD.
