sir,we have parched 34 jumbo flat tv.it is working .but now it is not working and since it is automically switching it off.i have complanit it long time.my complaint number is KOL 2408100201.then 0n aug 20 some mechanic came and repair the tv and changed 3 parts.and left the job incompleted.so my requast is that please send some tv mechanic to repair the tv.

I purchase a Videocom 21'' tv on dated 4thMarch11.From 9th March11 it is not working.still them i frequently ask for a technician in your customer care. But till now no one come for serviceing.My complain no. is ..KOL1103110631.Every day your customer care team telling me that a technician name Mr. Ranjit Paul********56 will come urgently for serviceing.But till now no service person come for tv serviceing.With respect to all concern person i am asking ..is this type of service expected from a reputed organization?We expect some good service from Videocon...
