Its been a week i receive signal in the Airtel DTH. I had registered a complaint at airtel customer care (12150) and digitaltv@airtel.in regarding signal problem. It has been almost 7 days, the problem is still persisting.

I have not received any call from service engineer and no one visited, instead every time received a message saying "your problem has been solved". .Again i have called airtel customer care for details, they have closed the issue. The reason is customer not reachable and again they took the details from me to register a complaint again.

Its been so much of irritation and inspite of which the amount is being deducted.
