Received Damaged APC invertor, only mistake we did is , we have not opened the box in front of him as soon as he delivered , because they delivered at about 8pm also electrical point for ups is not ready, Delivery person told tomorrow our electrician will come for fitting and left. No body turned up so far, and the above nos, are switched off or not existing . till now daily iam trying ,the contact nos. are seem to be fake and no response.But registered mail complaints several times , automatic mail response i used to get ,that within 5working days ur complaint will be rectified. But more than one month gone , no body turned up.
I am into the same situation as the Seller is fake, I don't even know what is in the supplied material, hunting them for installation and no one show up. We must register a police complaint.
We have purchased Voltas AC model no-1.5 TR SAC 183 CY -VOLTAS on 15.04.16 from the dealer ACE TECHNOMARK ,Noida and same has been installed by the Voltas technical team.
However,as per the technician Mr Vijay the AC has come to operation after checking by our Engineer and we still waiting n waiting to get the voltas cooling.
Such a third class service by giant TATA group's Voltas deptt. we have contacting at least 5-6 times with the ACE TECHNOMARK staff and mail to Voltas cc but no response yet.

call APC original @ toll free no : 1********72. if inverter is genuine and serial no matches then it may be covered in warranty
several of us cheated by this company. Even the battery supplied is unknown to any and seems fake.
you give first complaint in local police station and then contact cyber police at below address/contact no/email id with the copy of the complaint. When I contacted cyber police they said this is the process.

I want the general innocent customers to know that I purchased "APC B1850-IN SINE WAVE UPS with tubular Battery 150 AH and Trolley costing Rs.18750/ vide their Invoice No.2321 dt. 28-05-2017. As per the invoice conditions the supplier has to install the inverter after rewiring if warranted. Now the interesting part is there is one Manger by name is Guna who has a mobile no. ********72 and the delivery person whose name is Varun has mob No. ********51. I went on requesting for installation to both these nos. they sparingly respond that is one out of ten calls. Who has time to waste after these people. I have been trying for installation continuously for past two days, there is no response.This Character Guna sends SMSs making false promises. Finally he has sent me another SMS asking me to complete rewiring within four days after which he will depute his electrician.He also threatens that in case I am not completing rewiring in four days he will take legal action against me. I am surprised that how customers are patronising such cheaters.I have my own doubts whether such people will even honour annual warranty. The product I have ordered has warranty for four years.
Somebody Please suggest me the course of action. I have been cheated out and out.
