This complaint is regarding sony vaio laptop 111115ENP regd no. SO1********. It is very slow in process even no data is there in it ,the response time to open a new window is too long ,even if you are trying to connect with internet it takes long time to connect and open the window.The date of purchased is 18 Oct 2013.

Complainant's Goal: get it replaced or rectified with immediate effect
