Micromax mobiles - very very poor service..

20 days have past after I have submitted my mobile handset micromax canvas 2 A110..
Still the job is not done. Each time they tell ne that the handset is still in company. For a small network issue they have taken 20 days for repair and still not aware how much time more it will take.
