Lots of Local Rowdies (around 20) come to the Gurgaon Station and get into the Queue forcefully.... People frighten and do not dare to stop them as they get beaten up... Even the RPF who is in charge is not ready to take action and inturn helps them to get the tickets.. This is the common action on daily basis.. Its pathetic... people wait in a queue from midnight for Tatkal tickets and return sad.... Please stop this and avoid such circumstances...
