Hi,

My name is Rahul Agrawal and my Airtel no. is ********12.
I have given a request of port for above said no. from Prepaid to Postpaid but it has not yet done and I am also not informed about the status. I have given the request on 18tth July 2016 and today is 30th July 2016.

The guy came and collect documents on 18th July and I have paid one time activation charges of Rs. 300 also. Still I am not aware about the status of Port request.

If you are not willing to port, kindly return my money and I will get it port in some other network.

Now, the porting has been completed but I have not received new SIM. As per process, I need to call 59059 from new SIM to activate my new SIM. My pre-paid network is also not working.

Since, I didn't received new SIM, I have no idea how to activate it. Airtel customer care also has no idea about the new SIM. They are saying that call to the person who has collected documents from you. How can I know who has collected documents from me, I didn't save his number. Your tele-caller (********23) is saying that she will check and call me in 30 minutes, but i never receive call. You all are telling a lie. You cheat people.

I am helpless now. The only number which I have given everywhere (even for flight booking, e-commerce transaction etc.) is not working.

Very poor service. As soon as I get my SIM and activate it, I will re-port it to some other network.

The worst service Airterl is providing.
