Hyundai Motor India Limited - very low mileage in diesel and having missing problem

Dear sir/mam, i have purchased a new I20 sportz diesel variant from Yamuna Nagar, dated 2/10/2012. it runs 20000 kms but it not gives above the 15 kms/ltr. Apart from it, my car having problem of missing during the drive. i have complained many times but the company do not take it seriously. i am still having both problems. kindly take any action against it. i shall be thankfull to you for this.
Complainant's Goal: i want more mileage of my car which company have promised to give.
