Hello Sir,

I am regular traveller.Daily travelling form Badlapur to Thane.But due to central railways pathetic service its very painful journey.
Every day there is some new problem with Central railway.Trains are never on the time as like as western railway.Though now a days Badalpur is getting very much populated there is no good frequency of the train,trains are increased but trains are not coming on the time,every day there is delay because of this we can't reach the office on time.Yesterday it was mega block on the central railway,but no proper information & other service are availble for passenger,If they planned for the mega block & it was dealyed then information should be pass to passenger so that people can do self arrangements.In western line there is no such poor service as central railway,everyday when we leave from home to office there is question on our mind about the central railway.If there is much load on the central railway then why not cnetral railway think for the seperate track for Mails so that local train will be run on proper time & more train will be run for karjat & badlapur.

I dont know whether this compliant will help to solve our problem,but still need to tell the central railway authorites that because of poor service more people are suffering daily which includes children,cenior citizen & pregenant ladies.

Request you to please necessary action & improve the local services.
