This is to inform u that I had bought a mahindra quanto c4 2013 model purchased on January 1st 2014 car registration no. UK07BB2575 from Dehradun Premier Motors pvt ltd(DDPM)Dehradun on the name of Lalita Dutta since I have bought the quanto there are a lot of complaints and two to three times the vehicle has gone to the work shop but no improvement was done the staff was very inefficient and unprofessional. My complaint 's are as follows:
1: A lot of vibration and noise in the vehicle.
2: Doors and specially the dicky door rubber gasket is very bad
3: Ac is not effective
4: mileage is just 12km per liter w/o use of ac
I hope necessary action will be taken failing which I will be compelled to approach other appropriate
authority
