Tata Motors - Very bad customer service from Tata Dealer ship

I booked a Tata Vista VX (Brilliant Blue) on 24-October-2011. I made the booking at Kulathunkal Motors, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. At the time of booking the dealer told me that since the colour is not available with them, they need 15 days to ship the car. I agreed and booked the car. I was calling the executives of Kulathunkal motors from the third day onwards. They were always giving me contradicting answers. One day they had told the car is shipped then next day they told car is yet to be shipped. After few days the executives never bothered to attend the calls.
I got frustrated and went to the showroom on the 15th day. I was made to wait for 30 minutes to talk to the Manager of Kulathunkal Motors. When I saw the order book I surprised to find that even though I booked on 24-October-2011 the invoice was done on 31-October-2011. The dealer deliberately put my order on hold. When I finally talked to the Manager, he told me that the car has not been shipped and it will take another 15 days.
I waited... waited.. waited and 22-November-2011 I received a call from Kulathunkal Motors that the car has reached. They told me that they will deliver the car after registration on Thursday and I agreed.
At the time of booking the dealer promised me the following accessories:
3M Teflon protection
3M Underbody protection
Sun Film
Seat Cover
Steering Grip
Floor Mats
Mud flaps
Perfume

I told the executives that I dont need the Sun Film as they will install only Autografix brand and I intended to put 3M sun control films.

Yesterday (25-November-2011) no one from the dealership or the executives called me on the delivery status. Since dealer had promised the delivery date on 22nd November, I went to the dealership around 18:00 in the evening. None of the executives which I interacted were not present. The executives who were present told me that the car is ready. When I saw the car I was surprised to find these:
1. The Sun Control Film which I already told the dealer not to install was installed.
2. The rear hatch door was not properly shutting and same is the driver side door
3. The lever to keep the front bonnet open came loose when I checked after reaching home
4. The free services coupons were not given to me
5. Last but not the least the 3M Protection which the dealer promised was not done. When I called the executive whom I was interacting, he told me that since it was Free Of Cost they will not put 3M protection instead they put a different brand. WHICH WAS NOT WAS CONVEYED TO ME AND NOR DID I INTEND.

The executive already signed my acceptance paper and instant feedback form without showing the car to me. So I as a customer was not able to raise this properly or lost a chance to raise it at the time of delivery.

I would like to take this to everyones notice not be cheated by the Tata Dealers. Also if Tata Motors is looking into this issue please
